Abstract (EN)
The aim of this research is to determine the role of knowledge inertia and attitude towards organizational change in the effect of perceived organizational support on employee creativity. In this context, the research consists of six parts. In first section, the problem, purpose, importance, assumptions and limitations are presented. In second section, the conceptual framework explaining the main concepts are presented. In third section, literature review and hypotheses are presented. In fourth section, the research method is presented, in fifth section, findings of the research are presented. In sixth section, the results of the research were evaluated and recommendations for researchers and managers were presented. This research was carried out in a business affiliated with a mining and chemical company operating in Turkey. The population of the research consists of 8400 employees working at the chemical company's facility in Bandırma. The sample of the research consists of 642 participants working as engineers, civil servants and workers. In order to obtain data from the sample, a survey was administered to the participants using the convenience sampling method. The collected data were analyzed through package programs. According to the results obtained in the research, it was determined that the attitude towards organizational change and knowledge inertia had mediating effects on the effect of perceived organizational support on employee creativity.
