Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this work done; to determine the effect on organizational citizenship behavior, perception of organizational communication is the demographic factors suggest that there is any effect on these variables. For this purpose, a textile factory operating in Malatya, the survey method of data was collected from 100 employees. According to the results of the analyzes perceptions of organizational communication has been determined that the significant and positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior. Also, the dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior through organizational communications perception conscientiousness, civic virtue and sportsmanship among the positive effect of a moderate force that is determined to have no significant effect on altruism and kindness. When analyzed demographic variables and perception of organizational communication; age, gender, position in the workplace, the working units and the total running time in business where there is a significant effect on the perception of organizational communication, education was seen as a significant effect of time on work and the workplace. When analyzed demographic variables and organizational citizenship behavior; age, sex, education, position in the workplace, work unit, a significant effect between working time and total operating time in business could not be detected in the workplace.
