Abstract (EN)
In this study, today, with the increasing globalization, innovations have occurred in the management structures of the organizations. In order to be one step ahead of the rival companies, organizations have started to develop the concepts of culture and climate by increasing the loyalty of the employees within the organization. Organizational culture, climate and commitment began to be important issues for companies, research on these issues in Turkey is rapidly increasing day by day. People working in organizations that have culture and climate feel themselves as a part of the family and they do their job better by seeing the problems of the enterprise as their own problems. The increase in culture and climate in organizations is beneficial for the employees, but the problems of the female employees are still continuing. The aim of the study is to measure the effect of organizational culture and climate on organizational commitment of female employees. The social and individual problems faced by women in business life were discussed. In this study, where female employees were taken as a sample group, it was revealed that organizational climate directly and highly influenced organizational commitment, and in the conclusion section, various suggestions were made to managers and academicians.
