Abstract (EN)

In this study, the effects of organizational spirituality on knowledge sharing behavior and employee performance were examined, along with the mediating roles of perceived organizational support and organizational trust in these effects. Within this scope, theoretical and conceptual foundations were first established based on concepts such as organizational spirituality, knowledge sharing behavior, employee performance, perceived organizational support, and organizational trust, and subsequently, the hypotheses of the study were developed. A total of 396 academic and administrative staff members working at Kırşehir Ahi Evran University participated in the survey conducted as part of the research. Five-point Likert-type scales were used as the data collection tool, and the data obtained were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). According to the findings, perceived organizational support was found to play a partial mediating role in the effect of organizational spirituality on both knowledge sharing behavior and employee performance. On the other hand, organizational trust did not have a statistically significant effect on either knowledge sharing behavior or employee performance, and therefore was not found to function as a mediator.
