Abstract (EN)
The prior aim of this study is to calculate loyalty, the perception level for the institution and the sense of oneness and, to designate what affects one?s identification level and how much the identification level of the employees who are working in a public institution is affected. The secondary aim is to investigate the relations between the demographic specifications, the compenents given in the hypothesis chapter, and the organizational identification. The space of the study is comprised of whole employees who work in TCDD (The Turkish National Railway System) in the province of Malatya. Questionnaire study has been applied to 237 personnel who were randomly selected. As a consequence; it is determined that identification power does not differ according to gender and the marriage situation, and there is no significant difference between the age groups in which the employees are classified. In addition to this, using the T-test and one way ANOVA, it is determined that the affects of administration, educational level groups and work period on identification marks are significant.
