Abstract (EN)
The main purpose of this study is to identify the effects of organizational identification and alienation on the stress level of employees. To this end, the relationships between co-existing concepts and their sub-dimensions are analyzed in detail. Also, difference analyses based on various demographic variables are made. The questionnaire method was used as the basic data collection method in the study which is carried on as quantitative research. The used questionnaire has structured feature and is consisted of the four chapters. The research sample is consisted of 106 employees working in the directorates other than the education sector located in Bolu province and its districts. According to the findings, no significant relationship between organizational identification and organizational stress is found, however, a weak relationship which is close to medium-level is found between the organizational identification and alienation. The relationship between organizational alienation and organizational stress is also both power and positive. Also, similar findings are found in the comparisons of sub-dimensions. When analysed if there is difference in terms of various demographic variables, it is found that there is no alteration based on gender, age, marital status, alma mater, and position in work in any fact. The changeables that leads to difference is just total working hours in work. The organizational alienation and the organizational stress level of employees who worked between the years of 21-30 and who worked 10 years and lesser are much more. The employees working in institute is experienced organizational identification more than organizational alienation and organizational stress according to conditions measured in the study. So and so, the point average of organizational stress seems higher than organizational alienation as well. The findings based on the study are presented in the text in detail.
