Organizational politics and reflections of it

Management and Behavioral Sciences established their theorical farmeworks on rationalism concept But in business life rationalism principles corrupt for several reasons. These reasons are coused by internal and external situations.But the primary situation is the behaviors of individuals and groups who want to influence organizational decisions in the direction of their self interests. Organizational politics concept try to explain individuals' and groups' poltical behaviors in the organization. It consider the reasons, tools, actors and the results of these behaviors. People in the organization need power to influence others. For this reason gaining power and the using influence are necesarry conditions for play politics. Organizational politics concept is a unrejectable fact of business life. When accepting the existence of organizational politics and try to keeping it in managible borders it's danger will be decrease. la this study the, organizational politics literature theory generally discussed, tried to determined decisions that are percieved political in working life and political tactics which use in our country. tc
