Regulatory role of organizational culture on the relationship between organizational silence and ethical leadership: An implementation in the banking sector

Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is research about regulatory role of organizational culture on the relationship between organizational silence and ethical leadership in a participation bank. The first three chapters of the study included the theoretical framework of Ethical Leadership, Organizational Silence, and Organizational Culture. In the fifth section, the data obtained from 182 employees working in the mentioned participation bank were analyzed with statistical methods in the SPSS 22.0 program. In the study, we found that there was a negative and significant relationship between Ethical Leadership and Organizational Silence. And we found that there was a positive and significant relationship between Ethical Leadership and Relational Silence in line with the literature. On the other hand, it has been determined that Organizational Culture does not play regulatory (moderator) role in the relations between Ethical Leadership and Organizational Silence. In addition, it was determined that Organizational Silence did not differ according to the gender (p<0,227).
