Abstract (EN)

Besides organizational formal behaviours there are voluntarily extra(not formal) behaviours by the workers it can be come across.These behaviours in the literacy seen as organizational citizenship behaviours.Organizational citizenship behaviour shortly can be defined and is examined on basic on five dimensions as working voluntarily without waiting any recompense, making effort,helping others in their works, struggling for solving problems, fulfiling his or her duties and responsibilities in the best way, like contributing to developments of practice and courses, besides these positive behaviours; creating uneasiness, causing conflict and troubles, complaining, finding other?s mistakes avoiding display such negative behaviours. These are gentlemanliness, altruism, civilian virtue, conscientious and politeness.The aim of this research is to measure the nurses organizational citizenship behaviours who work in a unuiversity hospital in Istanbul and to determine the theory whether according to variations on basic is different or not. It is tested for that reason.(Research is completed)In that research the datas which were obtained were commented. On the result of questionnaire which was done to the nurses who work in a university hospital, there is a meaningful difference about organizational citizenship behaviours and on the point of workers duty?place and education levels about shape of working,duration of working,job experience, and social status.Key words; Organizational citizenship behaviour, Gentlemanliness, Altruism, Civilian virtue, Conscientious, Politeness...
