Intellectual capital is increasingly the main driver of both business and national growth. The main source of value creation in today's new economic environment is intellectual capital. Intellectual capital; it is generally classified as human capital, social capital and relational capital. Organizational citizenship behaviors voluntarily exhibited beyond the role behaviors of the employees contribute to the development of these types of capital. It is therefore necessary to investigate the impact of organizational citizenship behaviors on the development of intellectual capital. With the help of the questionnaire prepared for this purpose, the relationship between the intellectual citizenship and the organizational citizenship behaviors of the employees of a leading textile company was investigated. As a result of the analysis of the data collected from 268 employees, the differences of organizational citizenship behaviors and perceptions of intellectual capital in terms of socio-demographic variables were revealed. In addition, as a result of correlation analysis, it is concluded that there is a positive relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and intellectual capital of the organization.
