Abstract (EN)
The aim of this research is that determine the effect of organizational alienation on job satisfaction. In this respect, 137 education sector employees working in private and public schools constitute the sample of the study. Questionnaire was used to collect data. The questionnaire consists of demographic information form, Job Satisfaction Scale and Organizational Alienation Scale sections. SPSS program was used to analyze the data. T Test, ANOVA Test, Factor Analysis, Correlation Analysis and Regression Analysis were used to analyze the data. As a result of the analysis; it has been determined that there is a negative relationship between organizational alienation and job satisfaction. In addition, it was concluded that the dimensions of anxiety and social weakness, which are sub-dimensions of organizational alienation, have a significant negative effect on job satisfaction.
