Abstract (EN)

The aim of the study is investigation of the cadastral works both property cadastre of areas next to forest, forest areas and 2B areas with regards to sustainable land management. Principally, it is also aimed with this thesis that acquiring the potential problems and improving solution approaches for these problems with questionnaire which is sent surveying engineers who work for effective institutions General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre (GDLRC) and General Directorate of Forest (GDF). Finally, the results of the research presented below supports the decisions should be taken as soon as possible such as developing cadastre law in terms of scope and concept, registering the non-registered areas so as to be protected treasury land, including surveying engineers in forest cadastre commission, importance of implementation according to law numbered 5831 for 2B areas to sustainable using of these areas, selling 2B areas to users according to current market value of these areas is a right method after that determining the current land use of these areas, controlling the land use of areas related to 2B concept, determining decisions to allow use according to decisions of sustainable land use as soon as possible
