Abstract (EN)
The desire to earn profit, which is the basis of business operations, requires businesses to produce products of the same quality and to sell these products at high prices or to produce very low-priced goods. We can consider the main costs that are effective in the emergence of a product as raw material, energy and labor costs. The easiest way for businesses to earn high revenues can be through increased operational efficiencies. The best way to monitor productivity changes is to measure productivity. For this reason, cost reduction studies in these three expense items, is making measurements, will increase the productivity and therefore the profitability of the enterprises. Efficiency measurement in terms of operations will ensure that both the changes in productivity levels in terms of time are monitored and that they can be compared with other businesses in the field of activity. The effects of the energy costs, which have an important place in production costs, on the operating efficiency are the values that cannot be ignored. This study examines the effect of an energy plant, which is fed with wastes from the production of wood bark and chipboard / fiberboard, which cannot be used in production in a forest products industry operation. In the scope of the study, the cost of electricity energy production was tried to be calculated by burning of "Turboden" brand turbine with tree crusts and production waste, and the contribution of energy costs to be obtained from external sources was evaluated as a result of using unused wood bark and production waste in energy production. The profit that will be provided to the untransformed tree crust and production waste to be managed will be the cost of operating the tree crust and the use of production waste if the resulting energy is obtained from the outside and the unused portion of the energy obtained from the use of tree bark and production residues will be sold earnings comparisons were made. As a result of the calculations and evaluations, the tree shells and production wastes that the employer did not use in the production were evaluated in the ORC system and all inputs according to the rates in December 2016 were taken into consideration in the system, only the shell was used and the average monthly income was 349.360 TL as a result of using the sandpaper dust not used as production increase in the system, 387.342 TL net income. As a result of the comparison of the cost of establishment and the income obtained for such a plant to be installed as a result of the study, it was seen that the system could pay off itself in 1.40 years.
