Changes in sewing method in forestry and analysis of the problems in terms of all stakeholders (Kastamonu forest regional directorate)

Standing tree sales method is one of the pre-sales method applied in timber sales of forest companies in Turkey. The standing tree sales circular which entered into force in 1996, has undergone a change four times until today. Each changes has causes various effects on different interest groups. These changes has been done in order to solve hitches seen in the practices. However, how these changes effected in the interest groups. With the standing tree sales regulation, which took its final form promulgated with number 6877 on 02/01/2013, tried to sort out deficiencies which were seen in the practices. In this study, the level of knowledge about these changes of interest groups, their views on these changes and effects on the practice were determined taking into account differences between the circular no:6521 and the circular no:6877. In the study, four interest group were identified. Namely; forest enterprises directorates, forest cooperatives in the region, forest villagers and wood-based product processors. Face to face survey method for interest group was conducted. the Kruskal-Wallis analysis, Mann-Whitney U test, and the Bonferroni correction were used to evaluate the results of the survey. The result has shown that; (1) the Yüzdeage of yield has improved in standing sales application, (2) transport is a problem, (3) there is no sympathy for the execution of mandatory forest engineers except for business (forestry operation directorates), (4) step by step and the deferred payment methods are supported by all interest groups for forestry enterprise directorates, there is no sympathy to run foreign workers in manufacturing, finally the production time is insufficient.
