Abstract (EN)

In this study, six different models has been chosen from knitting top clothes. Different pattern numbers and pattern forms have been taken into consideration in choosing models. Cutting placement plans of these models have been prepared according to three different fabric width and four different fabric type by using Gemini Nest Expert program. Thus, twelve different cutting placement plans have been obtained for each model. Then, processing time of these six models has been defined. Time study for defining processing time has been made according to measuring technique. 10 measurements have been carried out separately for each process and the average has been taken. Then, standard time for each process has been calculated by adding 25 % margin of tolerance to average values. Second quality rates of the models have been determined and raw material cost and second quality cost for each unit have been calculated besides cutting placement plan efficiency. Type of the model, fabric width and fabric shrinkage value have been chosen as independent variables, and cutting placement plan efficiency, processing time of each unit, raw material cost and second quality cost for each unit have been chosen as dependent variables. This data has been interpreted on SPSS that is a statistical analysis program.
