Özet (EN)

Energy needs have been increasing day by day, with the increasing population of the world and the demand for rapid development. The world has been searching for new resources. The first reason for this is that the fossil energy sources where most of the energy is supplied with increased energy needs and in the prices of fossil energy sources are increasing, and the second is that these sources cause serious damage and environmental pollution on the ecological balance. Renewable energy sources, solar energy source is both unlimited and environmentally friendly has come to the forefront. Solar cells are semiconductor materials that convert sunlight directly into electrical energy. Solar cells work based on photovoltaic principle, that is, when the light falls on the sun's cells electrical voltage occurs at the ends. In this study, the parameters affecting the efficiency of solar cells were investigated and the efficiency of solar cells were calculated in different ambient conditions. The parameters that affect the efficiency of solar cells; radiation intensity, solar cell temperature, air humidity, solar azimuth angle and the solar cell is the amount of pollination. In addition, MPPT methods have been investigated to achieve maximum efficiency from solar cells that are adversely affected by natural conditions and it has been determined in which case the methods have better or worse results than each other. As a result, ways to achieve maximum efficiency from the solar power system have been research.
