The role of an educational social networking site for career development of the teacher who work in a high school

The main aim of this activity is to test the effectiveness of the educational social network in career development of the teachers working in the same school. Another aim is to measure the adequacy of the educational social network that was used. The scope of the study, a social network site can be accessed from the address "www.mavikurdele.net" developed by Gündüz (2014). The application was used by 34 teachers at a high school in the province of Afyonkarahisar in the first semester of 2015-2016 Education year for 6 weeks. After the application, the data was collected through the scale of social networks used in education, social networking usability survey and the data record of educational social network. While examining the data, descriptive statistics was used.
