The obstacles which menagers can meet in high schools during their executive process.

This study has done to understand the obstacles faced by administrators in high schools.The study includes 119 administrators working in Anatolian High Schools, General Schools and Fen High Schools located in Kartal, Sultanbeyli, Kadıköy, Üsküdar, Ümraniye in Anatolian part of İstanbul. Collected data was analyzed by using SPSS package programmer.In this study, the difference of the obstacles faced by administrators in the school depending on the kinds of school (private or state), number of teachers, gender, role and kidem was observed.In this study is collected by `the obstacles faced administrators in the school? questionnaire and questionnaires were done face to face in their schools and the necessary explanation was done. The questionnaire includes 36 questions.The questionnaire `the obstacles faced by administrators in the school? is composed of four sub-factors.Data %( percentage) evaluated by t-test, anova (one direction variant analyze) and scheffe test.
