Özet (EN)

This reserach was done to determine the influence of behaviors of administrators on the alienation of teachers to their jobs.This research was applied to 258 teachers working in high schools in Kartal.In this research, the influence of behaviors of administrators on the alienation of teachers to their jobs was analyzed in terms of independent variables sex, age, marital status, subject of teaching and job experience.This research was applied to 258 teachers working in high schools in Kartal. The data needed for this research was obtained by a 36-item questionnaire developed for this project and was applied to the teachers. The data obtained was statistically analyzed by the ?SPSS 12. 0 for Windows? computer program, In analyzing the data; frequency and percentage were used. The reliability level was found as .05. Male teeachers are more easily alienated than female teachers based on negative behaviours of administrators. Turkish Educational Administration system should be revised.Key words: Alienation, The Behavior of Administrators.
