The evaluation of the effects of communication between school principles and teachers on the perception of productivity of the teachers

Communication is a social concept that all living creatures need to survive in the world. Likethe other creatures human beings continue their lives by interacting with the nature andenvironment. There is a difference between humans and animal in that interacting. Peoplehave got culture. Culture includes whole productions of a civilization from the beginning tothe end of its history. So people can keep past experiments and that makes them morepowerful in the nature.All the things that can be perceived by people initiate a communication process. We canmention about communication where the people activities occur. Communication is not astatic concept. It is a developing and changing process. Communication is informationtransfer between people by speaking, writing, listening or watching. It is a complicatingprocess. People can also share their culture with the other civilizations by communicating.Communication is not only important for people but also crucial for the associations, socialorganizations, companies and firms. Associations are established by the people who have gotthe same purpose. Associations can be established and survive by the assistance ofcommunication. Intercommunication which means communication between association withstaff and communication between personnel with the other staff and association is also veryimportant for associations. In addition communication between the associations makes themmore powerful and efficient.In today?s business world personnel pleasure and satisfaction is very important for theassociations to gain high yield. If an association meets physical and moral needs of itspersonnel, the yield of association would increase. Thus the association may create a positiveaffect on not only its personnel but also the other people who may be customers.In my project, I tried to reveal the importance of communication between teachers and schoolprinciples on the yield of teachers. I searched the communication between principals andteachers of the high schools. Then I also researched the affect of that communication onteachers? productivity in educational system.
