Abstract (EN)
The main aim of this research is to determine relation among organizational trust, organizational support and organizational commitment of the administrators/teachers who are charged in secondary education schools. Furthermore we have intended to determine if there is statistically meaningful differences among organizational trust, organizational support and organizational commitment of administrators/teachers according to demographic variables. The target audience of this research were administrators/teachers who are charged in secondary education schools in provincial centre of Bolu in 2011-2012 academic year. 90 administrators and 722 teachers in all 812 educators were in employ in this schools. The sample wasn?t taken in the research and it was worked on all universe. 601 usable surveys have been gathered for this research. This research is a survey in the form of model. The research is both descriptive and explanatory in terms of aim. The datas in the research were collected from administrators and teachers via a scale. Four survey instruments were used in the research. The first one was personal inquiry form that was created for a short explanatory information about survey instruments and a collecting knowledge with respect to participants to survey. The other survey instruments were Organizational Trust Inventory (Nyhan & Marlowe, 1997), Survey of Perceived Organizational Support (Eisenberger et al., 1986) and Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (Allen & Meyer, 1990). In this research the test- retest reliability was applied for reliability test during pilot study and furthermore, Cronbach?s alpha was used for pilot study and main research that was done on all universe. Additionally corrected item-total corelations and item-total statistics were analysed whilst the results of the research were evaluated. It was verified that survey instruments had applicability to contents because advices and suggestions of subject experts about education were taken relativ to scale items and any problem wasn?t encountered through on contents and clarity of scale during pilot study. The relational analysis was done with correlational comparison in this research. Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient or Spearman rank-order correlation was used in accordance with test requirements for determination of relation?s level and direction among variables of organizational trust-organizational support and organizational commitment. The multiple regression analysis was used for explanation of relation among perceptions relating to organizational trust-organizational support and organizational commitment with an arithmetical model. The variance analysis was done for testing whether the explored relation was meaningful. Moreover the relation among the explored perceptions was certified with path diagram relating to standardized coefficients and path diagram relating to T-values in LISREL?s program. According to research?s results, statistically a meaningful relation was found among perceptions of organizational trust, organizational support and organizational commitment of the administrators/teachers. According to the findings of this research, we can state that the trusts and organizational commitments of the administrators/teachers will be stronger when they feel that their organizations are supporter and bound up in them. It was made suggestions in the difference?s dimensions among school typ, age, gender and organizational trust?s perceptions of the administrators/teachers who were charged in secondary education schools in provincial centre of Bolu; among school typ, education level and their organizational support?s perceptions; among school typ, education level, age and their organizational commitment?s perceptions and finally relating to relation among organizational trust- organizational support, organizational trust-organizational commitment, organizational support-organizational commitment and organizational trust-organizational support-organizational commitment by reason of achieved findings based on the accessed datas in this research.
