This research aims to examine the digital literacy levels of middle school students in terms of various variables. In this context, it was tried to determine whether the middle school students' gender, class, mother's occupation, father's occupation, parental education status, internet presence at home, frequency of internet connection, having a computer at home and the district they live in have any effect on digital literacy levels. The research is a quantitative research and data were obtained using the descriptive survey model. In the study, the study group was determined by the convenient sampling method. The study group of the research consists of 268 secondary school students studying in Kastamonu. The data of the research were collected by using the "Digital Literacy Scale" developed by Pala (2019), which consists of the dimensions of information processing, communication, security, and problem solving in the 2020-2021 academic year. The collected data were analyzed using a quantitative data analysis program and the findings were interpreted. As a result of the research, it has been determined that the digital literacy levels of secondary school students are above the middle score in all dimensions, the digital literacy levels decrease as the number of siblings increases, and the digital literacy levels of those whose mothers are rofessional, those who connect to the internet more frequently, and those who live in the central district increase.
