Examination of the quality of school life of secondary school students in terms of some variables (Sample of Karaman province)

The quality of education of institutions in which academic knowledge is given to reveal the human side and prepare fort he future is very important through learning to express temselwes by developing the inviduals behaviour, alhtude and skills.The quality of this education can affect the students perceptions of the quality of school life as positive and negative. The quality of school life is related to how good and safe the relahanslips of students are with school management, teachers,friends and school shaft. The quality of education in educational institutions have been one of the important issues that many researchers enphasize. For this reason the aim of this study is to examine the perceptions of students who receive education in secondary schools in Karaman country regarding the quality of school life. The study group of research cansists of a total of 865 students farmeal by a randomly selected branch from the 5th,6th,7th and 8th grade students who study in 12 different secondary schools in the 2019-2020 academic year. In the research appropriate. Sampling method has been used. By the application of research in Sarı( 2007) developed " School Quality Of Life Scale" adapted "Personal İnformation Form" by the researcher has been used. Data statistics SPSS 25,0 package programme has been programmed and analyzed. Normality asswmptions in the analysis of data in n>50 and of bin aury groups for Mann-Whitney u test. In multiple group comparison the Kruskal-Wallis H analysis techniques have been used. According to data obtained fort he quality of school life of secondary students it does not differ significantly by gender, but in teachers subdimension female students are not in favour. According to types life and teachers subdimensions does not differ. It has been demonstrated that this difference is in favour of female students. According to the results of the analysis of school life guality of secondary school students based on location of the school it was revealed that the quality of school life towards teachers and scholl. It is seen that a significant difference is in favour of the schools in the city centre. According to class level the quality of school life teachers found a significant difference in emotions towards school and school management. According to the nan parametric multiple group comparison test conducted to determine the source significant diffrence between 8th grade students and 5th grade students. At the same time the school quality of life scares of secondary school students did not differ significantly from the level of maternal education, however it was found that there was a significant difference according to the paternal education level.
