Abstract (EN)
In this study, the relationship between lower secondary school teachers positive psychological capital, managerial support perceptions and organizational citizenship behaviors was examined. This research is a quantitative research and is in the relational screening model. The data of the study were obtained by measuring tools applied to 277 teachers working in public lower secondary schools in Alanya district. Personal information form, organizational citizenship behavior scale, positive psychological capital scale and managerial support perception scale were used as data collection tools. The data obtained were analyzed using the SPSS program. The t test and one-dimensional analysis of variance were used to determine the differentiational status of lower secondary school teachers organizational citizenship behavior subdimensions, positive psychological capital subdimensions and administrative support perceptions according to demographic characteristics. organizational citizenship behavior examines, altruism, gentleman's, conscientiousness, and civic virtue dimensions, positive psychological capital optimism, psychological resilience, hope and self-efficacy dimensions; it was concluded that the behaviors of organizational citizenship behavior courtesy, conscientiousness, altruism gentleman's and civic virtue dimension and the perception of administrative support did not differ significantly according to the teachers' gender, educational status and seniority at the school. According to the study, teachers' behaviors of organizational citizenship behavior courtesy, conscientiousness, altruism and gentleman's dimensions do not show a significant difference according to their professional experience. However, teachers' organizational citizenship behavior civic virtue dimension behaviors differ sicnificantly according to professional experience. According to results of the research, teachers' perceptions of managerial support do not differ significantly according to professional experience. According to the results of the correlation analysis, a positive and significant relationship was determined between lower secondary school teachers' behavioral levels of organizational citizenship behavior conscientiousness, altruism, gentleman's, courtesy and civic virtue dimensions and positive psychological capital optimism, psychological resilience, hope and self-efficacy dimensions. A positive and significant relationship was determined between teachers' level of behavior in organizational citizenship behavior altruism, conscientiounsness, courtesy, gentleman's and civic virtue dimensions and teachers' managerial support perception level. Regression analyzes were conducted to determine the meaningful predictors of the organizational citizenship behavior dimensions of lower secondary school teachers. According to the results, the significant predictors of the behaviors of lower secondary school teachers in the organizational citizenship behavior altruism dimension are positive psychological capital self-efficacy behaviors in order of importance, managerial support perception and positive psychological capital optimism dimensions behaviors. Significant predictors of teachers' behaviors in the organizational citizenship behavior dimension of conscientiousness were determined as positive psychological capital optimism dimension behaviors and managerial support perception. It was seen that the significant predictor of teachers' behaviors of the organizational citizenship behavior kindness dimension was only the behaviors of the positive psychological capital psychological resilience dimension. Significant predictors of teachers' behaviors of the organizational citizenship behavior gentlemen dimension were determined to be positive psychological capital psychological resilince dimension behaviors, positive psychological capital optimism dimension behaviors and managerial support perception. Significant predictors of teachers' behaviors of the organizational citizenship behavior civic virtue dimensions were positive psychological capital self-efficacy dimension behaviors and managerial support perception. All the predictors were found to be positive.
