Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, research and applications are done in order to examine geodetic infrastructure required in photogrammetric map production in the light of technological advance, to investigate the results of direct use of height systems developed on national scale and to determine the effect of projection systems on results in extensive projects. In the application, calculations are done with respect to predefined research topics, the data is tested statistically and accuracy analyses are done regarding to the existing regulation. Research topics are determined as; reducing ground control points during photogrammetric triangulation adjustment, performing calculations without ground control points and obtaining results by changing height and projection systems of ground control points. In our country, national level studies of institutions and organizations are present in addition to technological advance. CORS-TR, Turkish Geoid-2003 and the Production of National Orthophoto Base are the most important studies among the applications of the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre and the General Command of Mapping. Under research topics of this thesis, suitability and effects of using these time & cost reducing and quality enhancing applications for geodetic studies are examined during all phases of photogrammetric map production process. Within the scope of this study, software are developed on Java and Matlab platforms and combined as software package to serve for both real applications and empirical university applications in the future. Used algorithms include datum and projection conversions, statistical analyses and their graphical visualization subjects. Results were statistically analyzed, evaluated by using the necessary considerations.Keywords : Photogrammetry, Photogrammetric Triangulation, Geodetic Infrastructure.
