Approximately %15 of the world's population consists of disabled individuals. In our country, where the ratio of orthopedic disabled individuals in the disabled population is % 13,61, their access to urban services is restricted due to obstacles arising from the built environment, urban functions and transportation system. In this context, the aim of the study is; to examine the effects of the built environment, urban functions and transportation facilities (pedestrian-vehicle) on the access of orthopedic disabled to urban services in Ortahisar. In this direction, Ortahisar city was chosen as the study area, spatial analyzes and semi-structured interviews with orthopedic disabled were made to identify their problems and demands regarding access to urban services. In addition, the experiences of orthopedic disabled individuals in accessing central business district (CBD) and urban services were also determined. Spatial analysis and interviews, the situations they encounter in access to urban services and the city center by vehicle and pedestrian access were determined. As a result of these studies, it has been determined that there are problems in pedestrian and vehicle access in the CBD and access to urban services for orthopedic disabled individuals in Ortahisar. The most important problems in accessing urban services and CBD are; the reason for this is the inadequacy of public transportation facilities, parking lot and pedestrian road arrangements for the orthopedic disabled individuals. The people's perspective on them is also a situation that they criticize about access.
