Abstract (EN)

Screw are used in different industries like automotive, aerospace, health etc. After 1900 as a result of the increase and complexity of the areas where the systems such as screws were used, the weakness of the screws started to research. The most important of there is the self-loosening of the screw type systems under vibratory conditions. After the researches ,there is a consensus about three main reasons for self-loosening. There are vibration, shock and temperature changes. The literature is examined in detail, result of this examination the vibration is showed the most important reason for self-loosening as the screw systems work under different loads. Most of the research about self-loosening are made by nut and bolts. In orthopaedics we generally used screw systems to fasten our implant to bone. As a result of my researches on literature, there is not any study about the self-loosening of the screws under vibratory conditions which are used in orthopaedic and the loosening is very important issue because of there reasons we aim to design a test machine and investigate the effects of vibration on the screws used in orthopaedic implants. We think that we will achive similar results like other studies in literature. Junker test machine is used in our study which is accepted as a vibration test machine for DIN25201. We redesign a new junker test machine that we can test sawbone and screw. As a result of the the study, we verify that our hypothesis is true , they exhibit similar behaviour under the vibratory conditions.
