Abstract (EN)

The real feel temperature is an indicator of temperature that the human body perceives or feels, different from the temperature measured with a thermometer. In addition to physical environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, wind speed, solar radiation, atmospheric pressure; people's gender, clothing, work and psychological conditions can also affect the temperature parameter. Although the real feel temperature varies from person to person; A calculation can be made by taking into account the assumptions made according to the average values for other parameters that can be measured by indirect methods, together with the meteorological data that can be measured directly. In this study, hourly examination of the real feel temperature values according to the external climatic conditions of Osmaniye province was made. In addition, the effects of external climatic conditions on the real feel temperature were investigated. By using the meteorological data obtained from the Turkish State Meteorological Service, the real feel temperature values of Osmaniye were calculated. According to the results obtained; In January, February, March, April, November and December, the average real feel temperature is lower than the average measured temperature; It is higher in June, July, August and September. In May and October, the average real feel temperature and the average measured temperature values are very close to each other.
