Abstract (EN)
The airborne pollen amounts and variations in the atmosphere of Osmaniye atmosphere was determined by gravimetry with a Durham sampler between 15 April 2016 - 15 April 2017. The preparations which were put on the Durham vehicle for one year were changed once a week and examined and 67 taxa belonging to 39 families were detected. These are 28 taxa belonging to 18 families. Polynes belonging to woody plants belong to 39 taxa herbaceous plants belonging to 21 families. In this study, fungal spores were also detected. In the research process, a total of 16013 pollen were counted in cm². 85,65% of the total number of pollen (13716) belongs to pollen of woody plants and 14,34% (2297) of pollen of herbaceous plants. The 10 most common taxa in the atmosphere of Osmaniye province; Abies, Cupressus, Pinus brutia, Citrus, Pinus halepensis, Cedrus, Olea, Salix, Populus and Diplotaxis. The atmospheric pollen was observed in April at the beginning of the flowering season, but at the lowest in December. Key Words: Pollen calendar, Allergy, Airborne pollen, Osmaniye, Aeropalinology
