Abstract (EN)

It is important that diplomatic aspect of the relations of Ottoman-Safevid which began in the first decade of XVI. century and continued for two centuries as much as political aspect of it. For the conflict of between this two Turkish state was experienced over diplomatic correspondence as much as battlefields. In this study, we tried to put forth the formation of the diplomatic language of Ottoman-Safevid relations. On the one hand by analyzing correspondence of between these two state over "form of elkab and dua" we looked for whether a formal language was formed or not. On the other hand, by scanning content of these correspondences we tried to set whether there were red lines between two states or not. In the end of our study we concluded that a formal language wasn't formed at the diplomatic relations of Ottoman-Safevid. By contrast with relations of Ottoman state with western states, there weren't any stereotypes forms of elkab and dua at the Ottoman correspondence with Safevids. But viewed in the terms of wording It is seen that it was Ottoamn state which had red lines, asserted sine qua non conditions.
