In this study, the increase in osteoblast cells developed on scaffold in vivo under mechanical stimulation caused by sonic waves is investigated. Although the effects of mechanical stimulation on osteoblast cell in vivo are not exactly known, it is believed to have stress effect on cells. It is thought that osteoblast cells increase on scaffold under optimum conditions under stimulation caused by sonic waves, which is a type of mechanical stimulation. In this study, mesenchymal cells taken from bone marrow were differentiated in culture environment and planted onto chemically produced Poly-l-lactic acid (PLLA) and collagen scaffold. Osteoblast bone cells, after obtaining the differentiation, were stimulated using ultrasonic (US) converter device for three days under 30 mW/cm2 magnitudes during twenty minutes. Allocation of osteoblast bone cell in pores on scaffold structure skeleton was investigated using scanning electron microscope (SEM).
