Abstract (EN)
In recent years, loss of tissue and bankruptcy of the organs are increasing health problems in the world. Patients which have theese health problems have been tried to treat by organ transplantation, surgical procedures and medical devices. Recent developments led the researchers to the tissue engineering which is study about the functions of tissue repair, tissue protect and cell based tissue develop. This cellular treatment approach, based on placing the cells onto the scaffolds under the special regulatory conditions and when the cells re-differentiated and proliferated, tissue-like structure transported back to the patient again. Using the scaffolds which have theese features, applications and experiments for the development of several tissues such as skin, cartilage, ligaments and tendons, bone, small vascular grefts and surgical patches ,carried out. With developing new hybrid scaffolds in scaffold architecture, new tissue models created for orthopedia.Orthopedic trauma and joint damage often leads to structural damage on articular surface of the subchondral bone and cartilage. For the repair of tissue damage in this region, scaffolds should be establish which can mimic the transition phase.
