Abstract (EN)

In this study, it was examined burnout levels of managers and employees working in hotel management. Population of this study consists of managers and employees working in thefive-star hotels and in the sample there are 34 managers and employeers working in Merit Crystal Cove Hotel. The survey instrument is used to measure burnout levels of manegers and employees working in the Merit Crystal Cove Hotel. The relationship between managers and employees working in hotel enterprise and burnout is evaluated by organizational work conditions, psychological factors and personal characteristics and similar factors into consideration. Some models explaining burnout behavior have been formed in the managers and employees. Personal information form are used to explain personal characteristics of managers and employees and Maslach Burnout Inventory are used to explain burnout levels of managers and employees. The test Anova and two group t-test was used for binary groups for analysis and interpretation information obtained from research, and also compared the mean. Small negative associations are observed between burnout dimensions and managers and employees.
