Abstract (EN)
SUMMARY: In this thesis common information about front office software in tourism sector is given from the perspective of the technological developments growing up nowadays. With this aim first of all informatics substructure is explained. Hence a good front office software's needed attributes are given. A very widely used software in tourism sector is Fidelio. Some information about this software's latest version is given. A public survey with front office employees is done to collect information about the front office software and its advantages or disadvantages. Data handled from the public survey is analyzed and some suggestions are given. VI
