The effect of the power sources used by the managers of hotel facilities on the organizational creativity: The case of Afyonkarahisar

The aim of the research is to determine the effect of power sources used by hotel managers on organizational creativity. In the research, first of all, domestic and foreign literature on the subjects of executive power resources and organizational creativity was scanned and information was given. The population of the research consists of the employees of the five-star hotel enterprises with tourism operation certificate in Afyonkarahisar province. In this direction, the survey of 406 hotel employees in Afyonkarahisar province was subjected to data analysis. In line with the statements given to the questionnaire regarding the data of the research, factor analysis, reliability analysis, percentage, frequency and arithmetic mean values were analyzed by t test, analysis of variance, correlation analysis and regression analysis methods. According to the findings, it has been seen that the power sources used by the managers of the hotel employees affect the organizational creativity, and it has been concluded that the power sources used by the managers in the hotel businesses have a significant effect on the organizational creativity levels of the employees.
