Abstract (EN)
Hotel managements operate in labor-intensive and competitive environment. Most of the services provided in the hotel managements are provided by employees. So employees are the most important source of hotel managements. It is very important that motivation and working conditions are satisfactory for employees because services are bought in hotel managements are provided by employees personally. Because motivation and working conditions of employees in hotel managements affect customer satisfaction, service quality and labor productivity. Almost all businesses managements have a common problem which is either employees do not work efficiently nor work at desired efficiency. The reason why employees do not work at desired efficiency can be result of not having enough knowledge or experience. However, sometimes even trained and experienced employees don't work as at desired efficiency. Thereby it has been a common problem for managers and business owners increase their productivity within the management Therefore, various solutions have been searched to increase employee motivation. Many theories have been developed to clarify the concept of motivation. In light of these theories, methods and means of motivating employees have been sought out.
