Abstract (EN)
Highly committed employees have an importance for the organization's sustained effective operations. Employees with high level organizational commitment embrace the objectives and values of their organization, put high level of effort for the organization, create positive impressions toward their company and desire more to stay with their organization. There are various factors that affect the organizational commitment, yet the common thought is that the commitment of its employees has influence on an organization to survive and to develop. The other important factor for the organization's goals and effectivenes is employees performance. Employee performance effect the organization's performance directly and this process need to be managed with conscious and correctly. The concept of generation and it's classification are examined in numerous studies related with different disciplines (sociology, marketing etc) and the subject gets attention also from the other disciplines. The generations characteristics effect the employees' expectations and attitudes; consequently their organizational commitment and performance levels. Organizations would be specify and identify their employee's expectations and motivational components in order to manage their effectiveness. The purpose fort his research is to establish the difference between the generations in order to guide the managing the employees efficiently.
