We started to see the damages of COVID-19 pandemic, which is affecting the world from the beginning of 2019, on each industry worldwide in 2022. In Turkey, tourism industry is one of the most effected industries on financial way. The aim of this study is to find out the financial effect of a five stars hotel in Antalya from COVID-19 pandemic. The statements of financial position, income and cash flows and the reports of independent audits between 2019-2022/06 period are comparatively analyzed with ratios in this study. The independent variable is COVID-19 pandemic, while the dependent variables are all the financial statement items in this study. It's determined that the hotel is negatively affected from pandemic in 2020 comparing to 2019, while the positive effects were beginning to seen on financial way in 2021.
