Classification of MR images of brain tumors with auto encoders and image processing techniques

Deep learning, one of the sub-branches of machine learning, stands out with its success in image identification and classification and is widely used in the field of health for cancer diagnosis. This study is important in terms of helping experts in the field of diagnosis and treatment of diseases. The aim of the study is to develop a new application using segmentation and auto-encoder and to validate the system on the MR images obtained in the catalog data set. It is thought that this study will contribute to the literature in this field.
