Abstract (EN)
The bus requirement of our country is provided by domestic production, domestic licensed production or imported products. In domestic and licensed production in our country, some of the main parts of power train parts are not produced in our country. For this reason, powertrain parts are not designed in Turkey, and the most suitable ones are selected from existing products. Serious customer complaints are received if the proper selection has not been made during the choice of powertrain. In this case the manufacturer has to make modifications or do nothing to improve the vehicle. This causes the manufacturer to lose reputation and money. In the second part of this study gives information about bus kinematics and dynamics, and in the third part give information about making computer program for the selection of the powertrain parts. In the 4 sections, giving information about using and application of the program, and the powertrain of the vehicles are created in the program. In addition, the performance curves, road tests and detailed analyzes of the vehicles are made and suitable powertrain parts are selected.
