Abstract (EN)
In today?s industry, costumers desire oriented manufacturing systems are usedwidespread. Just In Time is a production system focused on costumersdemands. A case study for the plant produce car doors in Iran has beenconsidered. After investigating, Just In Time system?s philosophy andcomponents, conventional manufacturing system and JIT system are compared.After bottlenecks were determined by simulation for current system, a JITmodel was proposed for the plant.
