After the 2021, there are legal requirements to reduce CO2 emissions. Automotive main and sub-industry manufacturers have to adapt to the change process in order to ensure their continuity in the market and continue their competition with other companies. The reflection of the process to the automotive sector is increasing demand for electrical performance in automotive batteries. In this project, it is aimed to develop an automatic test, analysis and reporting system for the batteries used in automotive sector. In this system, the results of all electrical tests applied to the batteries are measured by data acquisition devices. The results are automatically analyzed with developed algorithms. The results are monitored online on a user-interface. The test results which have different capacity of the selected batteries are analyzed. Algorithms are developed for each test. Thanks to the data acquisition system and developed test analysis software, it is easy to report the test results automatically, interpret them by the user and predict the test results in advance. The primary purpose of this thesis is to determine the charge, discharge, capacity, etc. performance tests of batteries. Hence, it is possible to avoid confusion of data encountered in the analysis of test results. The test results are shown in summary tables on a single report and provided the test supervisor with ease of examination and time-saving. Within the scope of this thesis, electrical tests of batteries are carried out in accordance with TS EN-50342-1: 2016 standard.
