Abstract (EN)

The manufacturing sector, based on mass production, economic and providing a safe working environment requires new manufacturing methods. Especially in recent years, including a large series production development and the laser welding method which, according to conventional manufacturing methods due to its advantages in today' s manufacturing sector, which has become one of the effective methods and gradually increase the share of. One of the application areas of the laser welding, to supply product for the gasoline and diesel vehicles in the automotive industry. Diesel systems's products are injector body and the injector needle. Gasoline systems' s products are piezo enjectors.Infrared pyrometer sensor cameras are analyzed from the welding regions of the products, such as holes and space defects found. The defects resulting from the welding process causes large increases in the number of scraps. In this study, firstly laser welding examined, parts which are scraps to the defect analysis, changes in welding parameters to be determined and investigate the quality of the welding.
