Abstract (EN)
The automotive sector is a dynamic industry undergoing constant transformation due to challenges such as rising costs, fluctuating customer demands, and the need to meet strict quality standards. The relationships between spare parts manufacturers and OEMs are complex, shaped by the need to balance high-quality expectations with cost optimization and sustainability. Economic pressures such as inflation, currency fluctuations, rising labor costs, and logistical difficulties further exacerbate the challenges faced by the sector. Innovative approaches are essential to address the critical contradictions businesses encounter. This study adopts the OTSM TRIZ (General Theory of Powerful Thinking) methodology to analyze and address cost, quality, and sales challenges in the automotive sector. It focuses on identifying technical and economic contradictions and developing innovative solutions. For example, the contradiction between Material Quality vs. Cost is addressed through partnerships with local suppliers and the use of recycled materials. The contradiction between Labor Costs vs. Productivity is resolved by integrating automation and digitization processes, which demonstrate high feasibility in reducing costs and improving production speed. Furthermore, the contradiction between Quality Standards vs. Production Speed is tackled by implementing digital quality control systems to ensure faster production without compromising standards. The proposed solutions are evaluated based on cost, benefit, and feasibility criteria. Automation is highlighted as the most effective solution to reduce labor costs and increase production efficiency. Modular production lines are recommended to lower costs and provide flexibility to respond to fluctuating demands. Additionally, AI powered demand forecasting and data analytics enhance order accuracy, significantly reducing inventory costs. In conclusion, this study provides an OTSM TRIZ based approach to addressing cost and sales challenges in the automotive sector, offering innovative and feasible solutions. These proposals focus on cost efficiency, quality sustainability, and logistics improvement, contributing to competitive advantage. The methodology not only resolves current contradictions but also supports the development of sustainable business models. Thus, the study serves as a reference for future research and presents a transferable framework applicable beyond the automotive industry.
