Abstract (EN)

In this study, it was aimed to use "Multiple Criteria Decision Making" techniques, which are among the areas of use of "Management Information Systems" and to improve this rational decision making, in order to make the optimum decision consisting of rational processes for the decision of a consumer who consumes for the game industry. Currently, the factors in the decision-making phase of a product and the evaluation and consumption of various conditions on the basis of criteria have been examined. As a result of the analyzes, it is foreseen that two different techniques will work on this field and the further process can be improved. In order for the study to be conducted, the consumer must first limit the product range as a decision maker and process certain criteria according to the weight values. With the "Analytical Hierarchical Process" and "TOPSIS" techniques, the determination of the criterion weights in a rational framework has strengthened the consumer decision power in these millions of dollars of industry. It has been developed with separate matrices and processing for the implementation of all related techniques. At the end of the study, the system needs to be developed, but with this state, a realistic, lifelike logical result has been obtained, and it has overlapped the overall consumer outlook and profile value.
