Özet (EN)

Ground Vehicles (GV) are vehicles designed for an intended purpose with an autonomous or semi-autonomous feature controlled remotely by an operator. These vehicles can be electric vehicles as well as gearbox vehicles with an internal combustion engine. Due to the widespread use of GVs both in industrial applications and in defense industry applications, the demand for preference is increasing as it reduces many losses such as loss of life, time loss and material losses. Such tools have been used especially for military purposes until now. It is anticipated that these vehicles will be used on civilian lines in the coming years. Therefore, it is one of the future robotic vehicles because of the transportation means for the disabled people, agriculture tool for tillage and harvesting operations, reconnaissance, fire fighting and the necessity of GV in many civilian institutions. In this study, the design, analysis and production of an electric powered vehicle as well as a vehicle that can move autonomously or semi-autonomously without human hands have been realized with reference to an electric vehicle for disabled. In the development of the vehicle, a software for parametric design was developed. With this software, the most suitable mechanical design has been parametrized by taking account of the mechanical properties such as climbing and centering of the center of gravity and calculation of tilting angles, guidance and suspension system. After the design of the vehicle, the structural analyzes and manufacturing process were carried out.
