Abstract (EN)
This study was conducted to determine the views of special education teachers on early intervention programs. The research was designed as a case study using qualitative research methods. Semi-structured interview questions were prepared by the researcher and the questions were sent to the expert opinion and the questions were finalised. The data were collected through one-to-one and face-to-face interviews with the participation of 10 special education teachers and recorded by telephone. The recorded data were transferred directly to the computer by the researcher. The data were analyzed by content analysis. The findings revealed that special education teachers were unfamiliar with 'early intervention programs' and did not have the knowledge and practical experience to implement these programs.
