In private education institutions unethical behaviors" (example of Denizli city)

In this research anethical behaviors where be faced to in private education institutions examined in 3 dimension as ?unethical behaviors exhibited by institutions?, ?unethical behaviors towards colleagues and profession of teaching? and ?unethical behaviors towards students?. Also variables that are take part in personal knowledge form researched if they caused a meaningful difference to the anethical behaviors. This research is a field research with descriptive method. Universe of this research is formed by 1059 teacher who worked at 2006-2007 educational year in private education institutions in Denizli. Research sampling was taken from the university 292 feedbacks took and analyzed. Survey that developed by researcher and took expert academician opinions, were applied to the teachers who worked in private education to fix the anethical behaviors. To the direction of the teachers? answers, frequency and percentage of variables in problem sentence found, using SPSS 11 program. Also variance analyze, t-Test and Tukey b test made for variables that are take part in personal knowledge form if they caused a meaningful difference to the anethical behaviors. All static analyze were made with significant grade of p<0,05. In research while it does observed a significant difference about according to ages, it doesn?t observed a meaningful differences about other variables in dimension of anethical behaviors exhibited by institutions (that teachers who worked in private education institutions composed from courses and private schools faced to) directors. Also while it doesn?t found a significant difference about sex, it does observed a meaningful differences about ages, marital status, faculty of graduation, profession priority, priority in working institutions, number of students and ideology resemblance with the administrator of institutions in dimension of anethical behaviors towards colleagues and profession of teaching that teachers who worked in private education institutions composed from courses and private schools faced to. And also it doesn?t found a significant difference about sex, marital status, ages, faculty of graduation, profession priority, experience, number of students and ideology resemblance with the administrator of institutions in dimension of unethical behaviors towards students of teachers? who worked in private education institutions composed from courses and private schools. It supposed that this research?s discoveries will help the teachers to minimize the anethical behaviors in Türkiye.
