Investigation of Quality 4.0 of private school administrators in the digital transformation process according to their awareness levels of Industry 4.0 concepts

Current innovations in technology increase the importance of the concept of Industry 4.0 for education managers. In this study, it is aimed to examine the digital transformation dimension in terms of private school administrators and to shed light on the concepts of Industry 4.0 and Quality 4.0 that developed with it, in the dimension of school management. It is thought that this and similar studies are important in order for today's schools to provide the education needed in the future and to revise their current management understanding according to the quality approaches of the future, for this purpose, when the literature is examined, there are enough studies about the technological innovations of the concept of Industry 4.0 related to school administrators and the concept of Quality 4.0 developed in this direction. has not been observed. In this study, it is aimed to determine to what extent private schools have adopted the quality approaches of the future under the guidance of technological transformations in order to increase their sustainability and efficiency, to investigate to what extent the technologies brought by the Quality 4.0 approach and industrial revolutions have been adopted by private schools and to share the results. In line with all these, the main goal of the thesis study is to contribute to the literature in order to make inferences about how effective the perception of quality, which changes with digital transformation, is in today's private schools.
