Abstract (EN)

By reason of specific features of medical services, the working labor force, the knowledge, the skill and the experince of the health service must be at the highest levels. The most important capital of the medical sector is labor force. Therefore the principal productivity condition of both public and private organizations of the medical establishments is the productivity of the labor force. The most important target of the present medical establishments are the increase of efficiency and productivity of labor force and then enabling productive labor force by connectivity to the medical establishment of the employees.In this study, It is evaluated that the labor assignment of the private hospitals concept, the importance of the labor assigment at the healthcare institutions and present situation of the private medical sector. The study has three sections. The general information about the service medical sector and occupational standards of the working labor force at the medical establisments has been explained in the first section. The concept of labor assignment, the advantages and disadvantages of the calculation methods and the factors affected the labor assigment has been explained in the second section.The third section is the research that is leading the actual data. The study that has been done at the 4 private hospitals which are showing activity in Ankara should be evaluated in 2 parts. In the first part, the situation of the ratio of labour assignment and labour activities of the private hospitals has been inspected. The second part is about more detailed research of the labor force behaviours and datas received by the survey. The first 8 questions are survey form and for the personel data of the labor force of the hospitals. Besides the first 8 questions there are totally 8 parts. The suvey was been applied to 370 staff working at private medical sector hospitals and an extremeley detailed study showing the behaviours of the labor force about the hospitals and connectivity to the work. In the last part it is quoted the analyses results and evaluations of the cautions and requirements.The philosophy of the quality management became very important at the medical sector. The ?labor force? factor that realizes the quality is the only way of the achieving the competative advantage especially at the private medical sector. It is beleived that this study shall have important impact for the understanding and application of the human resources that is efficient on the performance of the hopitals and both academic and non-academic education establishments that serve about the human resources techniques.Key Words:1.Labor Mobility2.Labor Turnover3.Healthcare Institutions4.Private Hospitals5.Human Resources Management
